NAGPUR: New Zealand sealed their first  World T20 match against India for 47 runs. Chasing NZ's 126, India were bowled out for of 79, one of the least scores by India in the home land. New Zealand spinners who shared a total of nine wickets deserve all credits for the win in the low-scoring match. Mitchell Santner was adjudged man of the match.

Nagpur: Team India stroke twice in the opening overs to put New Zealand on the back seat in their opening match held at Nagpur stadium. After six overs, New Zealand are 28 for two. Martin Guptil and Munro was trapped in front of the wicket by Ashwin while Munro was caught by Hardik Pandya on an Ashish Nehra delivery.
