Batting first India put up a target of 147 before Bangladesh. The match remains crucial for both India and Bangladesh. Bangladesh look for their first win in the T20 World Cup while India need a win to retain hopes for a spot in the semifinals.
For India, Raina top scored the innings with his 24-ball 30. Raina played some big shots to score runs quickly. Virat Kohli scored 24 on 24 deliveries while Dhawan scored 23. Getting promoted in the batting line up, Pandya unleashed attack on Bangla bowlers and scored 15 with the help of a maximum and a boundary.

For Bangladesh, Al Amin and Rahman picked two wickets each. Shakib, Riyad and Shuvagata Hom. Shuvagata Hom picked the crucial wicket of Virat Kohli
